Choosing a Methodology
FieldSocio tailors its AI analysis prompts based on your chosen methodology:
- Grounded Theory — Generates open, axial, and selective codes from interview data
- Thematic Analysis — Identifies themes and sub-themes across interviews
- Phenomenology — Focuses on lived experience descriptions and meaning units
- Framework Analysis — Maps data to pre-defined analytical frameworks
You can change the methodology later in project settings.

- Surveys — Custom forms and collected responses
- Field Notes — Text and audio notes from the field
- Participants — Registered participants with consent status
- PRA Tools — Participatory exercises and their outputs
