Surveys & Forms
Overview
FieldSocio includes a built-in form designer for creating structured surveys. Forms work entirely offline and sync responses when connected.
Form Designer
Create custom forms with a drag-and-drop interface:

Form Settings
- Title and description for the form
- Required/optional toggle per field
- Conditional logic — show/hide fields based on answers
- Repeating sections — for household rosters or similar
Collecting Responses
- Open a form from your project
- Tap Fill Form
- Complete all fields — required fields are marked
- Tap Submit
Responses are saved locally and sync automatically.
Viewing Responses
- View individual responses with all answers
- See response count and completion rates
- Export responses as CSV for analysis in external tools
